5 reasons to not use your PHONE before sleep
The phone has become a part of our lives. It is hard to imagine life without it, but unfortunately we seem to spend more time using it before sleep than we do sleeping itself.
We tend to do most of our communication and socializing with our smartphones in the morning, so we can’t expect to get in a good sleeping position and stay that way throughout the night.
There are a few things you can do to make sure that you aren’t waking up with a headache due to your phone (or any other electronic device) in your face.
 
1. Get the phone off your face
 
This is a simple one. If you are sleeping on your side, try to prop your phone up on your pillow, pillowcase or your clothes. You can also wear a headphone case if you have one. 2. Use a Case That Has a Stand This is a great way to keep your iPhone from falling off your bed. You can find cases that have a stand that will allow you to prop your phone up on your nightstand or bedside table. 3. Use a Case With a Clip This is another great way to keep your iPhone from falling off your bed.
