At Big Bedding Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away.
In most cases, items will need to be returned to the manufacturer as they come with warranties. We’ll assist you with this process.
If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a refund.
All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. These rights are in addition to the brand/manufacturer warranties provided.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on bedding products due to hygiene reasons. This includes:
Quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, protectors, toppers, and similar items.
Rugs that have been opened are also non-returnable.
Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Some brands do not allow returns (see Brand Return Guide below).
Fill out our Refund/Exchange Request Form (have your order details ready).
You’ll receive confirmation once your request is reviewed.
If approved, you’ll be given return instructions.
⚠️ Items returned without approval will be sent back to you at your own cost.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
You must provide us with tracking details. We are not responsible for lost parcels without tracking.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 15% fee will also be deducted to cover initial shipping costs.
If you paid via PayPal, you may be eligible for free return shipping (up to $45).
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only available for approved returns.
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll send the replacement or issue your refund.
