Free Shipping Across Australia

We offer free standard shipping to all Australian metro areas and most regional locations.

Some remote, rural or difficult-to-service postcodes may require an additional delivery fee. If a shipping surcharge applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you before the order is dispatched and explain the available delivery options.

No additional shipping charge will be applied without your approval.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by SMS or email where tracking is available.

Tracking availability may depend on the product, supplier and delivery carrier.

Changing Your Shipping Address

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Your shipping address can only be changed if the order has not already been dispatched from the warehouse. To request an address change, contact our customer service team as soon as possible through live chat or by emailing sales@bigbedding.com.au.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it to another address.

Free shipping is available to most regional Australian locations. However, additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote postcodes, offshore locations or addresses that are difficult for standard carriers to service.
