Why are your prices so cheap?
Due to great connections in the bedding industry we are able to deliver our products direct from the manufacturers warehouses in Australia. Therefore cutting out part of the logistics and saving us money. We only order our stock based on what we sell and therefore have no need to hold stock, this is called drop shipping. Due to this we are able to pass on the savings to our customers.
Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?
Yes we do. We now ship select products to

We charge flat rate Shipping. As our products are made in Australia you will not be charged any tariffs by customs.
Our products are sent via Air Mail and please allow up to 15 business days for the item to be received.
We use www.auspost.com.au to send our items and once the item enters into the destination country, it will be sent by a designated postal service.
Tell me about express shipping?
For an extra fee we are able to send your products (excluding mattresses) through express post. handling will be done in 3 days and then the items will be sent. For more information contact us.
How long have you been in business?
Big Bedding Australia is still a baby and started in June 2014, but collectively we have 20 years’ experience in the bedding game. As we continue to build and grow we strive to bring better prices on only quality products to our customers.
What makes you different from your competitors?
Big Bedding Australia offers high quality products at low bargain prices, we have low overheads and therefore can on pass these savings directly to the consumer.

Where do you operate from?
Big Bedding Australia operates directly out of Melbourne, Victoria. Our Puradown, Merino Craft and Sleepeezee products are shipped from Melbourne and our Quilts Cover Sets and Linen from Brisbane.
Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e. a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?
All our products come with a manufactures guarantee, if any of the products have a fault please contact us and we will assist you with your issues.
Do you allow for refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

Where do you post to? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Big Bedding Australia post Puradown products Australia wide and orders are processed within five business days.
Sleepeezee mattresses may take up to 14 days to be delivered, Big Bedding Australia endeavors to provide an efficient delivery service.
All other products may take up to 10 business days. If you need a product urgent please contact us and we can discuss an alternative shipping method.
Where are your packages shipped from?
All Big Bedding Australia Puradown products are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
While Big Bedding Australia Sleepeezee products are delivered out of four states; Victoria, NSW, Queensland and WA.
All our shipping packages are 100% recycled boxes which we have around the factory and showroom, we use these to help the environment.
Do you post packages internationally?
We currently deliver to Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand & China . Big Bedding Australia can deliver beyond these countries but further costs may be incurred.

How do you price your postage for Australia?
