Hemp is 100% natural, carbon neutral, biodegradable and sustainable. It is so soft. Hemp is wonderfully breathable – which helps regulate body temperature (warm in the winter and cool during the summer months). As a comparison hemp is slightly warmer than wool - yet has much higher cooling qualities. Hemp is non allergenic and antibacterial – meaning is a great option for allergy sufferers.

We offer free standard shipping to Australian metropolitan areas and most regional locations. Additional charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service postcodes. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you for approval before dispatch.

Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

• Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

• Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Return
