Happy with the mattress if it lasts as well as a sleepmaker I bought many years ago will be pleased. Had to buy new sized sheets as it is a little bigger than the standard Australian Queen Bed mattress.
Ordering was easy said that you had eight in the warehouse however it took a few weeks for the mattress to arrive, I live rural, contact from sleepmaker was okay delivery was organized, delivered by one delivery man!.
When turning the mattress noted that the Manufacturer has a 5 year warranty, Sent an email to Big Bedding they responded immediately and advised the Manufacturer does 5 year warranty and Big Bedding does the remaining 5 years = 10 year warranty. All round a few hickups but a satisfactory result, sleeping well.
When I ordered, it was advertised as a sheet set. I checked the description and it described the flat sheet and the pillowcase but when I received the order it was only and fitted sheet NOT a sheet set. I contacted the company and they agreed to a full refund and sent me a return label. As yet, 2 weeks on from them receiving the return, a refund has still not gone back onto my credit card. I emailed them 5 days ago, asking when approximately it would be done but have not received a response as yet.
Very disappointed as I never received the product and would not recommend this company
Bianca coverlet is gorgeous. Looks lovely in the bedroom. Fits the super king 2 beds really well.
Took 3 weeks but I finally received the Sleepmaker mattress, appears to be quite well. made but only time will tell how good it actually is.

A thick quality set that layers so well because of being reversible. Generous in size which allows me to tuck it in for a polished look. Made and finished very well. So pleased with my purchase.

These sheets are soft and cosy. Somehow they also just feel more comfortable.

I ordered this product but i made a mistake, I was trying to order a baby blanket not a quilt. As soon as the order arrived, i opened the post packaging and I immediately realized my mistake. I never opened the actual packaging for the quilt. I immediately contacted Big Bedding outlining my predicament.
They replied quite quickly but told me because of hygiene reasons i cannot return it. The quilt was a bit expensive for me but I wanted something with quality, but now I was now stuck with it and had to then make another order for a blanket. I have no need for the quilt as I am making a blanket for my first grandson and needed the blanket for a warm backing.
Make sure you order exactly what you want because they won't accept returns even if unopened.

This is a warm quilt even though initially it appears somewhat thin once it is aired for a couple days it fluffs out beautifully and provides a wonderful warmth with a comfortable light weight that our rather expensive previous wool doona did not. So we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this quilt.
Beware. Cold wash. Still shrinks. For a high quality I didn't expect that. You have no choice but to wash it as well as upon opening it the chemical smell is very strong.
It was labelled as a 5 firmness (out of 10) so I thought it would be on the softer side. It was not, the mattress was really firm. But the quality of it is still really good and I didn’t have any issues with shipping or anything. It just isn’t for me tho.

This is my second mattress from this company. They are so comfortable and supportive. The postage was super fast. I would not hessitate to reccomend this product, or buy from them again.
