When the mattress arrived the smell was unbearable!! It took several days and a lot of bi-carb Soda and airing-out to fix it.
This wasn’t ideal and there’s a slight remaining scent after a couple of weeks. It eases a little everyday though.
I wish the topper had the sides to tuck under/around the mattress, as it moves slightly after sleeping.
Aside from all of this. The quality is very good and it’s comfortable!

Loved my sheets...I was missing 1 set of sheets from order...this was quickly resolved and I received by 2nd set promptly.

The sheet set is thick and soft, as expected from flannelette. However, the color is quite different from the photos, appearing more of a green/brown hue. Despite this, it's good quality.
Sorry I can't give an accurate review yet as I am not using it until winter.
I was happy with the postage time and the way it was packed.
They are bad; they sent me a completely different thing and tried to force me to keep it, but there was no response after I returned the wrong thing. I am still waiting for my refund; I had a horrible experience with them.

This is my 2nd Jaspa Black all seasons and i love it, although the protectors quilted stitching is different to my first one.
My first one had small diamond quilted stitched patterns and the 2nd one has the traditional very large diamond quilted pattern stitching.
Great product for the price even included shipping which was really fast as expected. Would recommend and buy again.

These towels are perfect. Thick, absorbent and lovely and soft.
Thank you for your mattress topper it's very big,the only issue is it's curling over the edges causing it to be puffy in the centre,it's very high on the mattress, l like it but my husband would have perfect it to not so high and so plush, so l should have purchased another topper in your range, but it's too late now,thank you again
My new electric blanket is beautiful. Due to many major spinal operations over the past 4 years I find being able to feel the wires in the usual blankets is very uncomfortable. The plush fleece of this blanket protects the many scars on my back, and is much more pleasant to sleep on, it feels very luxurious.
