The Augusta design is made from a Super Soft Double Layer  Gauze fabric that mixes the softness of polyester with the crinkled look of linen allowing you to change up your room without the expense of buying a new cover. The Polyester Gauze is composed of two thin layers of cotton woven together by invisible stitches at regular intervals giving it a light airy feel. With its light breathable properties, this polyester gauze offers supreme comfort.

We offer free standard shipping to Australian metropolitan areas and most regional locations. Additional charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service postcodes. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you for approval before dispatch.

Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

• Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

• Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us or complete our Refund/Exchange Request Form before sending any item back. Returns must be authorised before lodgement.
