These are the care instructions for the product. It is recommended to line dry the bed linen in shade, use a mild detergent, avoid fabric softeners, remove stains gently, and wash at 40 degrees with a gentle cycle. Air drying is best, but a short dryer cycle can be used on medium heat. Iron on low, avoiding decorative panels, studs, or buttons. Do not dry clean. Ensuring the item is completely dry before storing can prevent mildew. Following these instructions can help prolong the life of the product.

Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

• Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

• Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.
