The pillow is engineered with a combination of charcoal, memory foam, and cooling gel. This allows for ventilation, pressure-relief and a cooler and more comfortable sleep, night after night.

The pillow is encased in a luxury touch, natural bamboo and premium polyester blend cover. Bamboo is naturally hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking and highly-breathable. The moisture-wicking and highly-breathable qualities of the bamboo ensures optimal coolness. The antimicrobial and hypoallergenic qualities of the pillow provide that final touch of sleeping comfort.

            We offer free standard shipping to Australian metropolitan areas and most regional locations. Additional charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service postcodes. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you for approval before dispatch.

            Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

            Returns & Refunds

            Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

            • Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

            • Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

            • Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

            • Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

            • Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

            Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

            Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.

            Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
