Our Palermo mattress design packs layers for both comfort and firmness into a 25-centimetre thick product. It has a 4.3cm thick layer of memory foam which adjusts to fit the natural contours of each individual body type for perfect comfort. The special Palermo design which utilises a revolutionary cell type structure will prevent permanent body shapes left in the foam.

The memory foam is laid atop a 21cm thick high-density support foam to combine pressure relieving features with a good medium firm feel.

You can trust the strength and durability of our support foam as it received a CertiPUR-US seal of approval for safety and performance.

The memory foam does more than just give your body a perfectly contoured sleeping surface. Our Palermo mattress has memory foam that's uniquely designed for temperature regulation and breath ability. We designed it to include heat capturing gel that will help prevent buildup of body heat in warm temperatures.

On top of the memory foam, we added the revolutionary OEKO-100 compliant blend fabric cover. It enhances breath ability by creating an air layer while also reducing moisture.

Care Instructions 

• Airing – We recommend occasionally vacuuming / airing your mattress
• Tighten - Screw base fittings or castors in tightly. Check and re-tighten regularly (3 times a year)
• Rotate and turn - Rotating and turning will even out settling of upholstery layers.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to Australian metropolitan areas and most regional locations. Additional charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service postcodes. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you for approval before dispatch.

Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

• Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

• Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us or complete our Refund/Exchange Request Form before sending any item back. Returns must be authorised before lodgement.
