The mattress lower five-zone pocket spring design targets the five most important areas of the body the feet, the knees, the lower back, the head and the shoulders. This unique pocket-spring design provides both pressure-relief and support by conforming to these essential five contours of the body. The pocket-spring design also ensures zero-partner disturbance by minimizing motion disturbance from tossing and turning, ultimately allowing the user to experience an optimum sleep experience.
The mattress is of a medium-firm design and is encased in a luxurious 300GSM knitted cotton cover that is ultra-soft to the touch, while the micro-quilting design of the cover ensures its durability and resilience over time. Alongside this, the durable side-handles allow for easy positioning of the mattress.

Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to Australian metropolitan areas and most regional locations. Additional charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service postcodes. If a surcharge applies, we'll contact you for approval before dispatch.
Tracking is provided by SMS or email where available. Delivery and tracking arrangements may vary by product and supplier. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy varies by product type and brand.

Bedding & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, mattress protectors, toppers and similar bedding products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Other exclusions: Opened rugs and unboxed mattresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Made-to-order products: A.H. Beard, SleepMaker, Therapedic, Sleep Australasia and Comfort Sleep mattresses and bases cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

Eligible returns: Other products may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, subject to brand-specific conditions. Items must generally be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Return costs: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility for approved change-of-mind returns. Additional conditions or fees may apply.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and explain the available options.
